As the exclusive agent for Great American Donut, Inc., Mr. Valenti was the sole broker involved in negotiating this lease. Recently re-opened, Dunkin’ Donuts relocated from a non-drive thru location to this free-standing, drive-thru building, strategically located on the busy Farmington Avenue corridor. This Dunkin’ Donuts is franchised to and is operated by Great American Donut, Inc. The property is owned by The Pamela Corporation.
