Southington,CT…Tony Valenti and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC has sold 2.10 / - acres of vacant commercial property to DG Capital, LLC. This property is convenientlylocated on the Meriden-Waterbury Road (Route 322) corridor, less than one-half milefrom exit 29 of I-84 in Southington, CT. The new owner will commence construction on a Dollar General, withgroundbreaking scheduled fourth the quarter of this year.  The property shares the local market with HomeDepot, TA Travel Center, Burger King, Dunkin’ Donuts and other well-knownretail offerings.
