The building is owned by V.A.S.E., LLC and was leased to Greenleaf Energy Solutions, a multi-regional company developing turn-key energy efficiency projects focusing heavily on indoor/outdoor LED lighting for educational, healthcare, commercial,and institutional applications.
The Tenant was attracted to the building by its stone and decorative block appointed façade and classic marble foyer floor. The R. Calabrese Agency was the sole broker involved in this transaction.
