R. CALABRESE AGENCY SELLS OFFICE BUILDING PROPERTY FOR $950,000

Southington, CT......Ralph Calabrese and Tony Valenti of the R.Calabrese Agency, LLC of Waterbury, CT recently completed the sale of 1850 West Street, Southington, CT.  The 10,400 square foot commercial building is situated on 1.46 acres located at a signalized intersection of West Street (Route 229), a heavily traveled corridor between the Town of Bristol and Southington allowing access to Interstate 84, a major highway artery running east and westerly through all of Connecticut.  The property is located near ESPN world headquarters main campus and convenient to major retail, hospitality and other commercial development, which has seen rejuvenation in recent years. 

The building is a two story stand-alone structure with both levels at grade.  The lower floor houses a chiropractor and massage therapist, while the street level is currently vacant and being marketed for lease by the R. Calabrese Agency.  The Seller was 1850 West Street, LLC and the purchaser was LR&D, LLC.
