Bristol, CT…Ralph Calabrese and Tony Valenti of R. Calabrese Agency, LLC recently completed the sale of 6 acres of land located at Mitchell Street and Pine Street in Bristol, CT.

The purchaser, Bristol Pine Developers, LLC, received approvals from the Town of Bristol to build 126 units of Senior Market Rate Apartments on the site.

Construction is expected to begin in the coming months.

R. Calabrese Agency, LLC was the only broker involved in the transaction.
