R. CALABRESE AGENCY, LLC SELLS 1.5 ACRES TO CUMBERLAND FARMS, INC.

Southington, CT...Ralph Calabrese and Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC recently announced the sale of approximately 1.5 acres to Cumberland Farms, Inc. The property is located at 1978West Street in Southington, CT. The parcel has 300 feet of frontage with a signalized entrance on Route 229, a major commuter corridor traveled by over30,000 cars a day. The property was sold by Westside Associates, LLC for$1,200,000. This was the fourth real estate transaction completed by the team of  Calabrese and Valenti on the Route 229 corridor during the last two years.
