The property known as 1845 Meriden Road, Wolcott, CT consisted of 12 condominiums currently being operated as rental units.  At time of sale, the building was fully occupied.  The 12 one-bedroom units ranged in size from 700 SF to 757 SF.  The13,350 SF building is on a .72 acre lot.
