Waterbury, CT: Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has arranged a long term lease for 7,000 square feet of shopping center space in Pawtucket, RI. The space leased is located at 479 Mineral Springs Ave.and was formerly occupied by Aaron's Furniture Rental. The new tenant in this shopping center anchored by Save A Lot is a dollar type retailer owned by Danbury Gifts LLC. The Landlord is MORAN FOODS, LLC, a subsidiary of Save A Lot Food Stores.
