Waterbury, CT…Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC has leased a 53,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility in Waterbury, CT to Coca Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. The building is located at 479 Chase River Road in Waterbury, CT. The property is owned by Napoli Foods and was their former food distribution facilityTe . Coca Cola, currently located in the Naugatuck Industrial Park has decided to relocate their operation to the Chase River Road facility, located adjacent to the redevelopment project currently underway by the City of Waterbury of the former Chase Brass property on Chase River Road and Thomaston Avenue. Located at the entry and exit ramps to Route 8 just north of Interstate 84, the Chase River Road location has proven to be attractive to businesses that rely on convenient access to Connecticut's highway systems. The location is also in the Waterbury Enterprise Zone. Coca Cola expects to complete its extensive renovation of the property and be operating their distribution business in Waterbury by January 1, 2015. Bob Bowden of the R.
