The scope of this project included the reconfiguring of an existing plaza housing an end-cap Dunkin’ Donuts with drive thru to a new free-standing offering. Tony Valenti exclusively represents Great American Donut, Inc., the developer and owner / operator of this store. Great American Donut, Inc. leases the land from 140 Albany, LLC.
