R. CALABRESE AGENCY, LLC LEASES INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN WATERBURY, CT: 
   Bob Bowden and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency have negotiated a lease for a property located at 137 Mattatuck Heights, Waterbury, CT, a single-tenant manufacturing building converted to multi-tenant space. The approximately 15,000 SF space in the 45,000 SF building was leased to Koslow Technologies, a worldwide leader in water filtration products.  
   Koslow Technologies will be occupying a portion of the building leaving 30,000 square feet of warehouse and office space to be leased. 
   R. Calabrese Agency recently sold the building to its current investor owner.  R. Calabrese Agency represented the Landlord of 137 Mattatuck Heights, Giglio Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant for the lease.
