Fairfield, CT : Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has arranged a lease for 6,800 square feet of retail space in Fairfield, CT. The space leased is located at 750 Kings Hwy and was formerly occupied by Tile America. The new tenant in the building is a Fairfield Kitchen & Bath. The Landlord, Bridgestone Retail Operations, operates the adjoining Firestone Complete Auto Care. Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency represented both the Tenant and the Landlord in this transaction.
