Plainville, CT : Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has arranged a lease for 4,800 square feet of restaurant space in Plainville, CT. The space leased is located at 400 New Britain Ave. and was formerly occupied by Waxy’s O’Connors Irish Pub. The new tenant in the building is a Craft Kitchen Plainville, this will be the second location for this restaurant. The Landlord, Rishabh LLC, operates the adjoining Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Plainville.
