Waterbury, CT: Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has arranged a long term lease for 2,900 square feet of end cap retail space in Manchester, CT. The space leased is located at 29 Buckland Street and was formerly occupied by a Burger King restaurant. The new tenant in the building is a dental practice, Amazon Dental.The Landlord, who converted and expanded the former fast food restaurant to retail medical space, is New England Eye Care, LLC, and has an office at the same address.
