R. CALABRESE AGENCY LEASES 1,800 SQUARE FEET TO TEAM DEMAS ORTHODONTICS

SOUTHINGTON, CT...Tony Valenti of The R.Calabrese Agency, LLC recently completed a lease of 1,800 square feet of office space located at 27 Meriden Avenue, Southington, CT.  The building is owned by CAP Investments and was leased to Team Demas Orthodontics. With existing locations in Watertown and Woodbury, CT the Southington office will be Team Demas Orthodontics third location. 

 

Following a thorough and protracted search,the Tenant was attracted to the building because of its strategic location and opportunity to add an additional Orthodontic group to the area, leveragingreferrals from within the dentist community. Team Demas Orthodontics coordinated the renovation and construction of their suite, offering a high quality, practical and comfortable environment for their patients and patient’s parents. The R. Calabrese Agency was the sole broker involved in this transaction.
