Ralph L. Calabrese
Ralph L. Calabrese is president and owner of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC. Mr. Calabrese holds a real estate broker’s license in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island.
Mr. Calabrese is a past director of the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce and a past member of the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA). Mr. Calabrese is also a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), a professional organization dedicated to retail development and made up of retailers, brokers, and developers nationwide. Mr. Calabrese is an active member of ICSC, participating in quarterly meetings throughout the country. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Calabrese is recognized as a leader and innovator throughout the industry.
He is often called upon by bankers, appraisers, attorneys, and community leaders to consult and advise them relative to their various real estate endeavors.
Robert Bowden
After studying civil engineering and working in the construction industry for 5 years, Bob Bowden began his real estate career in 1985 as a property manager for a developer in Miami, Florida. In 1987 leasing high rise office space was added to his management duties and in 1991 he began leasing and managing shopping centers.
Bob joined the R. Calabrese Agency in 1999 and specializes in retail leasing and investment property sales.
Bob has represented retailers such as SuperValu, CVS, Staples, Radio Shack, Jiffy Lube, Dunkin’ Donuts, Advance Auto, and Walgreen's in the disposition and subleasing of their excess space. Recent sales include a number of shopping centers, a large medical office building, and a 370 room full service hotel.
Bob's expertise in retail lease negotiations, dispositions and investment property analysis provides a key component to the continued success of the R. Calabrese Agency.
